Jack & Jill Early Childhood Learning is s a well-respected childcare program located in the heart of the St. Anthony/Minneapolis Community. Dedicated to providing quality child care, interactive learning and memorable experiences, we are looking for a highly motivated teacher to inspire and be part of a great team, caring for infants birth through 12 months of age. Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver curriculum founded on the program’s philosophies and standards

• Create positive learning environments

• Develop strategies to guide positive children’s behavior

• Build good, open communication with children, families and staff

• Observe and record children’s growth, development and behavior and preparation of Assessments for Conference Planning

• Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic and safe

You will need:

• An approved Rule 3 early childhood teaching qualification, preferably a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)

• Experience working in a childcare setting

• Fantastic organizational and teamwork skills

• Sound written and verbal communication skills

• A good level of computer literacy

• Current First Aid and CPR Training

• A good understanding of Infant Development
