What do we expect of our Early Childhood Educators?
We all want the best for our children. Since early childhood education plays an integral part in child development, finding a good quality teacher to join our program is a high priority for our parents and current educators. Our teachers use our in house developed curriculum that was created to meet all the Minnesota Early Childhood Indicators of Progress and Kindergarten Readiness requirements and is tailored to meet the social, emotional, physical, and educational needs of our children.
Infant Program
Infants are in classroom settings with primary care groups of 1:4 or less and the children are placed in classrooms separated by 6 months of age. We work closely with parents so that we are doing what is best for each individual child as they move through crucial milestones and developments. Staff are experienced, have longevity with our company, and are a professional well-organized team. Mentorship is provided to all new team members.
Toddler Program
Our toddler teachers work with children in a toddler setting with classrooms placement of children of age 16-24 months in our young toddler rooms and 25-35 months in our intermediate toddler rooms. In our young toddler program toddlers work towards independence and relationship building while introducing learning development areas while our intermediate toddlers take these same concepts and skills but implement them further and to a higher level.
