Expanding their horizons
Jack & Jill has two metro locations, both of which are newly constructed, secure buildings offering bright and inviting classrooms full of age-appropriate toys, games and learning centers. Fenced in playgrounds with swings, oversized sandboxes, climbing equipment, and tricycle paths give children room to play. Indoor large muscle areas allow for active play, even on days where the weather keeps the children inside. For the younger children, a separate developing toddler playground ensures equipment is age appropriate and safe.
Classrooms
Our well-organized classrooms are outfitted with updated materials pertinent to the curriculum, along with easily accessible hand washing sinks, bathrooms, and sleeping arrangements. We meet all state and national standards for first aid and emergency preparation, with first aid kits, fire extinguishers and alarms, as well as hazardous material disposal receptacles installed and available. A professional cleaning crew sanitizes the entire facility daily, using non-hazardous, child-safe cleaners in classrooms and play areas.
Safety
Jack and Jill Childcare promises a safe and clean learning environment for your child.
Our facilities are accessible only via single-entry keypad, with daily sign-in and strict parent/guardian identification procedures. Security cameras monitor access.
Our staff is trained in proper sanitary procedures. This includes regular washing hands, toys, cribs, mattresses, sheets, blankets, and equipment. A public health nurse visits the center on a monthly basis. Our staff is trained in CPR and first aid. Emergency evacuation, fire and tornado procedures are practiced on a monthly basis.
Both of our locations are peanut/tree nut restricted facilities. We work closely with families and their doctors to accommodate allergy and asthma care plans.
